This large eleven unit apartment building was formerly a fraternity house. The building will be spoted by its bright red door and its stucco and brick exterior. The building sits on the northwest corner of Hill St. and S. Forest Ave. This building is the only building in our portfolio where pets are allowed (with a fee).
