UMichApartments.com is an online rental guide that serves the Ann Arbor, Michigan, community, especially University of Michigan students.

The site's main goal is to better inform apartment hunters about their options, rights, and responsibilities when renting.

The site includes three main sections: Apartment Search, Sublease Listings, and Apartment Living.

Apartment Search. Our goal is for every apartment or house available for rent in the Ann Arbor area to be listed in this section. Listings are searchable by a number of criteria, and listings include property photos, floorplans, and descriptions, where applicable.

Sublease Listings. Users who wish to sublease their apartment can place free listings on UMichApartments.com. Sublease listings are searchable. Users have full control over their listing through the Sublease Manager, located in the MyStuff page.

Apartment Living. The Apartment Living section exists as a resource for renters. Dozens of informative articles written by industry experts are available. Articles are meant to inform renters about important issues such as renter's rights & responsibilities, how to live with a roommate, what to look for in the lease, and more.
